Marilyn Bayerl
Marilyn Bayerl, owner of Bayerl Water Resources is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Aquatic Biology. She has five years experience in Local Water Planning with Douglas County, where she was awarded water planner of the year, and has been established as Bayerl Water Resources since 2001. 

Marilyn has been writing wellhead protection plans for the past thirteen years and is currently working on plan updates for the original plans. She works with cities and municipalities on implementation of these plans – assisting in obtaining the Minnesota Department of Health implementation grant awards. 

Marilyn has worked with numerous lake associations in lake management planning and has written the county local water management plan for Isanti and Otter Tail Counties. She has written the ten-year watershed management plan for the Lac qui Parle – Yellow Bank Watershed District and the bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the Pomme de Terre River Watershed. She is an experienced grant writer and has extensive experience in working with local and state government agencies.
